19 e-services were elaborated by partners’ Demo
Centres; 145 e-solutions are exhibited in
partners’ Demo Centres
1 Demo Centre in North Estonia improved and 3
new Demo Centres in St. Petersburg, Riga and
South Estonia opened and equipped with the
most up-to-date computer and demonstration
equipment
Network of 4 ICT Democentres in Tallinn, Tartu,
Riga and St. Petersburg established for e-services
presentation
3 310 delegations and 5 432 visitors from 115
countries visited partners’ Demo Centres, 37
seminars and trainings were performed, 3
promo videos produced
5 IT conferences arranged by partners, 3 310
delegations from 115 countries received by
partner Demo Centres, 15 open-door events, 37
media-breakfasts, 7 press-conferences; 3
promo videos produced, 1 radio interview
performed; 90 B2B meetings arranged by project
partners in Demo Centres’ facilities
Within the project 19 e-services of different kind
for both e-governmental and e-business
sectors for further demonstration and promotion
through the partner Demo Centres were developed
and tested
Participation in 5 international ICT exhibitions
in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu and St. Petersburg, with the
biggest joint exposition at the VII St. Petersburg
International Innoforum on October 1 – 3, 2014
World experience of Demo Centres was studied
within a benchmarking survey to provide proper
operation models for the established DC’s

Increase of the usage of modern ICT by
governments of cooperating regions to

sectors to improve their capacities
Project partners strengthened their IT
platforms for wider promotion of e-services

Governmental bodies have clear understanding
of the demand for their services in cross-
border areas
The tool for utilizing modern ICT solutions is
obtained by governmental bodies and
governmental electronic services are
developed and piloted
Network partners established good connections
with other Demo Сentres and ICT clusters in
different countries inside and outside EU.
Project partners got hold the latest concepts in
the sector and transferred them into national
background, like DEMOLA in Latvia and Living
Lab in Estonia
