Step 6 : Pupils are asked to select first paragraph by usingSelect Tool.

Step 7 : Pupils are asked to click and drag the mouse to the firstparagraph and release the click button.

Step 8 : Pupils are asked to cut the paragraph by clicking theEditCut.

Step 9 : Pupils returns to Microsoft Word and click in the taskbar. Then paste the selected paragraph in MicrosoftWord by selectingEdit Paste from the menu bar.

Step 10 : Teacher asks pupils to click File from the menu bar andchoose Save As.

Step 11 : Pupils click My Document and save in from the Save Inpull down menu. Then pupils name Ant and The Dove

in the File name box.Step 12 : Click Save button.Step 13 : Teacher shows the keyboard and the position of the Esc

and Num Lockkeys.Step 14 : Teacher explains the function ofNum Lockkey.Step 15 : Pupils are asked to open MS Word by clicking Start-> All

The Ant and the Dove

An Ant went to the bank of a river to quench its thirst, and beingcarried away by the rush of the stream, was on the point of drowning.

A Dove sitting on a tree overhanging the water plucked a leaf and let

it fall into the stream close to her. The Ant climbed onto it and floatedin safety to the bank.

Shortly afterwards a birdcatcher came and stood under the tree, andlaid his lime-twigs for the Dove, which sat in the branches. The Ant,perceiving his design, stung him in the foot. In pain the birdcatcherthrew down the twigs, and the noise made the Dove take wing.
