21inc was founded to accelerate youth leadership in Atlantic Canada to give our region a competitive advantage and fully utilize our interconnectedness. Leadership in the 21st century is changing - the challenge placed on leaders is not to react to change, but to innovate and drive change. To accomplish this, we need to develop the forums where people from all sectors, and especially our leaders of tomorrow, will be ready and able to make decisions that will bring about thriving organizations and communities in Atlantic Canada in the 21st century. Why a festival? Ideas are currency in the 21st century. We live in a moment of profound change and innovation. To achieve our full potential, we must continue to learn, collaborate and apply new ideas. The 21inc Ideas Festival is an aspiring, inter-generational dialogue that catalyzes the creative process. The 3rd edition of our Ideas Festival was held on November 4-6th, 2015 in Charlottetown, PE immediately following our Top 50 Under 40 Summit. The theme of discussions was ‘100 ideas for the next 100 years’. Thanks to all of our partners for investing in leadership development in Atlantic Canada. This opportunity would not have been possible without their support.
