• Double-sided tape • Wooden skewers or dowels• Container

DIRECTIONS: This project uses 2" & 21⁄2" circles.1. Cut 4 circles for each pinwheel from solid cardstock. Cut circles in half.

2. Cut 2 circles 1/2" smaller from patterned paper. Cut circles in half. Adhere the patterned half circles to solid half circles. Arrange in pinwheel shape. Adhere to wooden skewer with tape.

3. Adhere candy sticker to the center of each pinwheel.

4. Arrange the pinwheels in a bouquet in an attractive container.

PINWHEEL BAG TOPPER SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Martha Stewart Crafts™: Circle Cutter12-ct Large Cello BagsGreen Yellow Dots & Stripes Decorative Tape

• Green cardstock• Patterned paper• Double-sided tape

DIRECTIONS:

1. For each bag, cut a 43⁄4" circle from paper & 41⁄2" circle from another patterned paper. Fold each circle in half. Adhere the smaller circle to the larger one.

2. Fill cello bag with treats and tape the bag closed. Adhere folded circle over the top of the bag.Apply a length of decorative tape vertically around bag; hide seam under bag bottom.

Skill Level 1: No experience necessary Approximate Crafting Time: under 1 hour ea.
