    exceptional wireless experience. If they experience any cha ges n the etworkcoverage or have questions, please have them contact Boo Mobil to discuss other

    options,including CDMA devices.

    Should I st i l l se l l iDEN devices? Yes.If the customer is a heavy iDEN walkie-t lkie us r, you can still sell iDEN devices,

    letting thecustomer know that the iDEN network is proje ted to shut down in mid-2013.Offers may be available at a later dat o mig ate the customer to another device.

    However, if a customer is a low no usage walki -talkie user, suggest the customer

    purchase a Boost Mobile CDMA de ice so th can tart taking advantage of our CDMAnetwork improvements.

    Starting July 10, we will no longer allow new a tivations onto iDEN, however the existingiDEN customer base will still b abl to u eir handsets and perform equipmentchanges and network s aps until the projected network shut down in mid-2013.

    Sh o u l d I s t i l l o rd er i DEN d e v ces? Since Boost Mobile will no long r allow new activations on to iDEN starting July 10,

    2012, we recomme ded that orders stop being placed on 4/30/12. This is only arecommendation You can inue ordering iDEN devices if you have customer demand

    for Push-To-Talk devices in your market or would like to have replacement devices onhand for exis ng i EN customers after July.

    Street and outdoor coverage are not expected to be impacted. In-building coverage maybe impacted.

    Decom m ission p r ocess: The actual tower decommissioning work will take place atnight and be is expected to be completed in one evening, during a maintenance window

    and the optimization of the surrounding towers will occur over the following weeks. A customer facing web site at www.boostmobile.com/idencoverage is available for

    customers to get information about the decommissioning process. A few key points:

    o New Orleans was retuned/optimized on the evening of Monday, 2/27 12.o All other markets will be impacted in April, May,June, or early July.o Customers will receive at least 30-days advance notice of tower
