In order to reduce the waste of human resources, we develop a web system to replace the manual operation of the process in this study. In particular, this system allows the user to input the relevant information to the database. Moreover, the managers can access, delete, modify and query data through the cross-platform system. In addition, the managers use the data to analyze customer needs, including the average amount of consumer’s consumption, and how often maintenance time, thus help managers reduce the risk of hoarding goods and achieve the best cost strategy. Through the bar code (QR-Code) of this system, the managers can quickly query vehicle registration data and historical maintenance records. The main features of this system are as follows: 1. To provide online booking service. 2. To access data via cross-platform system. 3. To achieve the best visual effects automatically for different size of user’s device. 4.
