In order to reduce the waste of human resources, we develop a web system to replace the manual operation of the process in this study. In particular, this system allows the user to input the relevant information to the database. Moreover, the managers can access, delete, modify and query data through the cross-platform system. In addition, the managers use the data to analyze customer needs, including the average amount of consumer’s consumption, and how often maintenance time, thus help managers reduce the risk of hoarding goods and achieve the best cost strategy. Through the bar code (QR-Code) of this system, the managers can quickly query vehicle registration data and historical maintenance records. The main features of this system are as follows: 1. To provide online booking service. 2. To access data via cross-platform system. 3. To achieve the best visual effects automatically for different size of user’s device. 4. To improve the accuracy of information provided 跨平台辨识查询资料系统 * ——以车厂维修厂为例石意如，羅榮華佛光大学信息应用学系，台湾摘要：修车、保养厂长久以来一直是以人工写单作业，随着科技的变化，希望系统可以取代人工纸本作业，并且可跨平台立即线上查询车籍资料以及维修纪录以取代人工输入资料、查询。正因为每一车辆都有其专属且唯一的车牌号码，所以用条码的方式带车牌资料进去，以取代人工输入车牌的时间并且应用本论文的简单辨识系统查询相关资料，不仅能减少人力资源的浪费也能对现今社会的辨识系统的应用很广泛，并且提高资料之正确性，跨平台由于体积小、低耗能的优势受到重视而无所不在。如停车场的出入口管制、查缉赃车、停车管理、高速公路收费管理系统、交通载具的违规控管等。整体而言，希望本研究之发现未来可作为各保养厂，以及其他各种行业之建置参考。关键词：系统管理与查询; 数据分析；行动装置；二维条码；QR Code 辨识引言维修历史记录是各保修厂依据使用者维修、零件保固、一个月跑几公里、多久会回来保养一次、保修大概预算多少，等等重要资料一笔笔的记录下来的重要资讯，也辅助各技师深入快速了解车子历史情况， * 基金资助：受科技部支持资助（MOST 103-2221-E-431 -004 -）

Abstract

In the past, the car repair factory managers must manually write forms to build customer and vehicle registration information. In

order to reduce the waste of human resources, we develop a web system to replace the manual operation of the process in this

study. In particular, this system allows the user to input the relevant information to the database. Moreover, the managers can

access, delete, modify and query data through the cross-platform system. In addition, the managers use the data to analyze
