Early Adopters are primarily your first customers, they came to you, purchased from you and are hopefully loyal customers.You want to target people like thembecause it will be an easier sell.Learn their interests, behaviorand know what they love aboutyour business.

Early Majority are referral customers, they came to you because of a friend, family member or business associaterecommended you.You want to target people like them because they are the friends of your early adopters.
