ACCURACY RELATED TO BIOMETRIC DATA:

• De-duplication accuracy further depends on the quality of the fingerprint images, the registration process and on the consistency of the collected data

• Limited fingers per person alone is not enough to do a reliable de-duplication of 1.2 million subjects and will require a significant manual adjudication effort

RECOMMENDED APPROACH:

• Use and combine all the available subject information (fingers & biographic data)

• Use biographic information in a sort of automated adjudication process to reduce the manual adjudication effort.
