1. DSSSB vide result notice No. 668 dated 14.06.2018 and 712 dated 27.08.2018 hadprovisionally selected 01 (UR) candidate and 01 (UR) candidate respectively to the post ofAccountant in DAMB under post code 61/14.

2. User Department i.e. DAMB has returned the dossier of Roll No. 14903358 vide theirletter dated 13.05.2019 received on 20.05.2019 after cancelling of the candidature on theground that candidate has not responded/ joined the post of Accountant. As the validity ofthe waitlist panel is up to 13.06.2019 and the 01 dossier have been received prior to theexpiry of the waitlist panel, the Board is declaring the result of the candidate from the waitlistpanel. The vacancy created on cancellation of candidature of candidate having roll number14903358 has been processed from the waitlist candidate of UR category.

3. On the basis of one Tier examination held on 21.05.2017 and after preliminaryscrutiny of the candidature of candidate on the basis of the documents uploaded in e-dossieras per the provisions of the statutory Recruitment Rules for the post in respect of theeducational qualification and the terms and conditions of the advertisement, the followingcandidate is provisionally selected to the post of Accountant in DAMB under post code61/14.4. UR category I~..No. I Roll No.

5. The selection to the above one candidate shall be further subject to the thoroughverification of the candidature of the candidates by the User Department including theidentity of the candidate. The selection is purely provisional subject to scrutinizing theexperience details furnished by the candidate in reference to the 03 years essentialexperience as prescribed in the RRs for the post by the User Department at their ownlevel. DSSSB has not undertaken veracityl scrutiny of experience certificate beingtechnical in nature. User Department may ensure their scrutiny 1 correctness at itsown level before issue of offer of appointment.

6. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the User Department, incase, candidate is found not fulfilling all the eligibility conditions of the Recruitment Rules forthe post or any other genuine reason. The decision of the user department! appointingauthority regarding the eligibility of the candidate shall be the final and binding on thecandidate.

7. The Competent Authority of the user department shall arrange to verify the correctnessof the information/ documents as furnished in application forms vis-a-vis the originaldocuments including the educational qualification. Further, the appointing authority shallverify these documents and satisfy itself about the authenticity of documents/ certificatesbefore finally appointing the candidate.

8. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointmentletter to the candidates after being satisfied about their eligibility as laid down in therecruitment rules and after verification of the correctness of the information f documents Mfurnished in the application form and e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents related to

education qualification, age and other essential certificate as per instructions issued by Govt.of India vide MHA OM No. 2/29/54-RRs19-11-54.

9. The User Department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformity withDOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

10. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does not confer anyright upon the candidate over the post unless the appointing authority is satisfied after suchinquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect forappointment to the post.

11. The recruitment process for the post of Accountant stands closed in all respect.

12. Furtherwaitlist panel/panel for the post code 61/14 stands expired on 13.06.2019 i.e.after one year from the date of declaration of result on 14.06.2018

13. The category-wise marks scored by the last candidate provisionally nominatedare as under:-

14. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, DSSSB reserve theright to rectify errors and omissions, if any detected at any stage.
