The Standard Our standard garden shed range is the most popular selling garden shed. The window on the side of the shed is interchangeable so you can choose which side on the day of installation. The windows are glazed with perspex for safety reasons. The doors have three sturdy hinges and turn buttons top and bottom. The standard range of garden sheds are available in three different finishes.

Extrasl Woodland Style (the woodland style has one

window beside the door and can only be fitted on 6ft wide sheds (or wider) - €35

TIMBER

TIMBEROur timber garden sheds can be positioned on bricks, 4” concrete blocks or paving slabs. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the required number of blocks or slabs on site, we will advise you on ordering how many blocks/slabs are required. Each type of timber garden shed is available in 3 finishes:

Rustic FinishThe rustic finish is the basic finish, the walls of the garden shed are built with overlapping timbers which are rough (have not been planed). The floor and roof are butt jointed timbers. The roof is finished outside with green synthetic felt and a perspex window. The door is fitted as standard with the hinges on the right hand side when viewed from outside. The rustic timber finish is 9mm thick.

Economy FinishThe exterior of the Economy garden shed is finished with (125mm by 12mm) weather board, this gives a nicer and cleaner finish to the shed, the smooth finish offers better protection from the weather and is easier to paint. The floor and roof are butt jointed timbers. The roof is finished with non tear felt and one window on the side is standard glazed with perspex. The Economy timber is 12mm PAO.

Pressure Treated FinishThe pressure treated range of sheds are manufactured from pressure treated spruce sourced from Scandinavia. The timbers have been shaped into a log effect and are shiplapped to give better weathering while the floor and roof have tongued and grooved timbers to offer greater strength. The barrell board finish is 5” by 1” and because it is a slow growing timber it is very suitable for the Irish climate. The pressure treated barrell board finish is available throughout the complete garden shed range. The pressure treated timber is 18mm PAO.

TIMBER

The PentOur Pent shed has a traditional gardeners shed appearance. The elongated windows to the front allow more light inside if it is used as a hobby shed or as a potting shed for the garden. The flat roof on the pent shed is popular for small city gardens as it can be concealed easily in a corner in the garden without much of the roof protruding above the boundary walls and fences.

The Cabin Our Cabin features a front central door and a window on each side. The roof overhangs to the front by 1 ft (300mm) and there is a decorative scalloped fascia over the windows and on the roof. The Cabin is a very decorative garden shed which could be used as a feature in a garden.

The TraditionalOur Traditional Concrete Building offers a maintenance-free option as the roof fascia and gable ends are finished in pvc cladding board, access is provided by a maintenance-free galvanised single access door. There is the option to add maintenance-free UPVC windows for added light. The roof is finished with an onduline maintenance free roof cladding and also has a vapour barrier fitted to the roof. There is not an option to fit the clear sheet to the roof in this range as the vapour barrier will affect the light penetration.

The ClassicOur Classic concrete building is very popular with car owners as it features a lockable roller shutter door to the front. The main feature of the Classic range is the steel tile effect roof finish. The roof fascias and gable ends are maintenance-free cladding board offering the owner a concrete garage/building that will last a lifetime and require no upkeep. You also have the flexibility to add in additional side access doors and PVC windows. The classic range also includes PVC gutters as standard.

The PentOur Pent concrete building is a modern contemporary building which suits a lot of city gardens, it can span across the bottom of the garden without creating a tall roof which could block you or your neighbours light. The roof is a lean-to style with a one ft (300mm) overhang to the front. The fascia and roof overhang is finished in maintenance free PVC cladding board. The pent building has a single door as standard with the option of adding two sizes of PVC windows 1000mm by 900mm or 500mm by 900mm.

CONCRETE


DURABOARDOur Duraboard range is our premium range of sheds. The sheds are constructed using a traditional timber frame with vapour barrier. The exterior is then finished with a Cement fibre board giving a beautiful wood-grained timber effect exterior. This board will arrive with a colour but can be painted using a masonry paint to match your home. The Duraboard range of garden sheds come as standard with a PVC double glazed door with the option of two sizes of double glazed UPVC windows.The roof has a vapour barrier fitted and then is cladded with Onduline roof sheets. Due to the weight of this building it must be fitted to a concrete base. We will supply base plans for your new Duraboard shed or we can offer a base laying service.

STEELThe Shed company offer a huge range of all maintenance-free all-weather steel garden sheds covering a multitudes of uses such as fuel stores, garages, workshops and bike sheds. Our steel shed range are unique as they are supplied with a self supporting timber floor on a steel frame as standard except in the case of the very big units. This helps to keep the cost down to a minimum.

Our steel shed range comes as standard with a steel door for maximum security and a PVC double glazed window for added light. Our sheds are manufactured in Ireland from P.V.C. coated steel sheeting for maximum protection from the weather, the main frame of the shed is supported with 40mm by 40mm steel box section ensuring that your shed is secure in any weather.

ExtrasIf you’d like to increase light into your shed or need a larger access door. The following optional extras are available:
