INTERNET EXPLORER’S SETTINGS

If you experience issues with SRM, e.g. opening catalogues, please adjust your Internet Explorer’s settings following this instruction.

Please do not add the Purchasing portal URL to trusted sites. If added the “Monitor SC”, “add products from catalogue “, and FOF will not open.

Go to the “Security” bookmark:Choose “Internet options”:Go to the “Tools” in Internet Explorer

Click on the “Local intranet” icon and then on “Sites”:

Then choose “Custom level…” from Local Intranet:

Tick the three options below and click “OK”:

Find “Display mixed content” and tick “Enable”:
