The contribution of this material in certain circumstances is carried out on satellite links which usually have a relatively high error probability. In addition, the image suffers degradation in the processes of converting to base band video, transcoding to different compression systems, errors in transmission and drops in the link. To overcome this limitation, we present a transmissions system, based in a patent, which ensures the quality of JPEG2000 professional images. The transmission strategy used in this work begins by dividing the entire JPEG2000 file into two parts depending on the importance of the data; those considered to be important are sent on the bidirectional using ftp while the lesser important are sent on the unidirectional, using this way a file considered to be main and another as secondary file. The main file is transmitted in a secure form (ftp) with the auxiliary connection while the secondary is transmitted in an unsecure way (streaming) by way of satellite link. Having two transmission lines, the problem is resolved by means of optimization of transmission times when both times are equal. One second of image is coded by six layers of decomposition in JPEG2000, with 19 blocks of available codestream to distribute between the two files with 20 possible combinations with progressive layers. Combination l corresponds to delivery with the main file of the headers while the set of the codestreams is in the secondary file; combination 2 corresponds to the headers and the LL0 sub- band in the main file, the configurations are increased adding successive sub- bands of increased layers. The production of Broadcast content generates large files of video and audio

content which must be transmitted among different production centers.

Combination l corresponds to delivery with the main file of the headers while the set of the codestreams is in the secondary file; combination 2 corresponds to the headers and the LL0 sub-band in the main file, the configurations are increased adding successive sub-bands of increased layers. In figure, it can be seen hard quality assurance with few transmission times variations in the combinations where the lower JPEG2000 layers are included in the main file. A minimum in transmission time is obtained in the combination 7, corresponding with the secure transmission of layers 0 and 1, with this transmission we can assured a very good quality in the image.
