o The main text must be typed in 11 Times New Roman, single-spaced. In general, the submitted articles, with author’s information, and two images (at most), should not exceed one page,

o List each author’s first, middle and last name and affiliation.

LANGUAGE
o Papers must be written in English. Spelling and grammar should be checked.
o Please avoid using local jargon or abbreviations as the newsletter is read in many countries where IEEE members may not be familiar with those expressions.
