1531 A male reported three horses on the shoulder of the road on US Hwy. 2 and MM 526 in Glasgow.

1836 A female stated she just had her phone stolen at Agland. They were turning around and coming back and will meet the officer there. She stated it was a Samsung 5, gray in color. An of-ficer talked with Agland employ-ees, and they didn’t know how to operate the security cameras so he will call the manager from the PD Office.

The Glasgow Courier

There were 41 motor-vehicle stops, and a few loose cows reported.

Friday, July 22, 20161559 A deputy was going by

Maxness’ turn off on Hwy 24 S and he added to the 1st dredge. Another officer reported there was a drunk man laying in the water. He was on the shore and was breathing. He was also screaming. The man said the suspect came through the fence and was trying to get up, but kept falling in the water. The man was scaring the children. A Native American woman was going to try to help the man, but then walked away. The suspect man then urinated on the side of the bank. The man was trying to walk up the hill. He then sat on a bench. He appeared to be a white male about 60 years old, 5’10” to 6’ tall and about 220 pounds. He was wearing a blue and white long-sleeve plaid shirt and levis.

1604 A man advised a deputy that his ex made their little boy scream and then took a swing at him. She had already left, but he would like to talk with an officer. The officer reported the mother took the child against his will. Hopefully there will be a parent-ing plan soon.

1637 A man reported a black Mercury Mountaineer that was whipping around and throwing up rocks. The incident happened behind the Hangar. The vehicle was now parked on Keith behind the Hangar. The caller would like someone to talk to the driver. Dis-patch called HHP, but they didn’t

have any officers available. 1933 A female was missing

two pit bull/boxer mix dogs. The first was a brindle female (pos-sibly wearing a collar, no tags), and the second a black and white male (no collar).

Saturday, July 23, 20160140 An officer radioed that

they would be out with an indi-vidual that was peeing in public at Alley’s Palace.

0224 A male called to com-plain about people parking in front of the Lutheran Church late at night. He thinks they are playing that Pokeman Go game, but he wanted to let law enforcement know that he didn’t think that it was proper for them to be out by the church that late at night and in the park and the parking lot across the street. He requested that an officer call him about it in the morning because he was going to bed. An officer was notified.

1008 A male reported an ag-gressive female driver in a black Buick with a Missouri tag. He stated she was tailgating him for quite awhile. He tapped his brakes a couple times to get her to back off. She finally passed him. He stated he was doing 70 mph and she was already out of sight. Notified MHP dispatch and PCSO dispatch. When dispatch ran the tag out of Missouri, it came back no record found.

1034 A female requested an officer for a theft. He stated the female was still on the scene. The officer stated at 1043 that the female was going to go the PD of-fice with him and they were going to get this all sorted out.

She said this was the fourth time this sum-mer her dog had been attacked by those dogs. She was patched up with an officer. She didn’t see any puncture wounds, but this breed is prone to bloating if they get stressed. She said if she had to take her dog to the vet, she would make sure the suspect dog’s owner would be taken to court
