BUILDING COMMITTEE MEETING UPDATES/ACTUALIZACIONES DE REUNION DEL COMITÉ DE FACILIDADES The building committee met on June 26. An update on finishing the deck project - The materials to finish the project should be delivered Tuesday June 27 and the project should be completed by Sat Jul 1. The 2017 Parish Self Study and Needs Assessment was presented by Tim and will be distributed to the Parish after review by the Parish Council at their Aug 14 meeting. The video surveillance sys-tem has successfully connected 6 of 8 cameras to the control box, with the full installation and mount-ing of the cameras being completed in Aug. The crawlspace project - The committee discussed wa-terproofing and ductwork which we have quotes from 2016. The discussions were tabled until our next meeting. The playground equipment – A motion to purchase a new playset for $1000, passed 4 to 2. Air-Conditioning Improvements - The AC improvements are in-progress with the target to have an additional split system installed in Aug. The next meeting is Aug 28 from 7-8PM. jimkennady@gmail.com

Proyecto de espacio de acceso rastrero - El Comité discutió la impermeabilización y los conductos que fueron cotizados en el 2016. La discusión se engavetó hasta nuestra próxima reunión. El equipo de juego - Una moción para la compra de un nuevo equipo de jue-go por $1000, Aprobada 4 a 2. Aire acondicionado mejoras - Las mejoras de acondicionador de aire están en marcha con el objetivo de tener un sistema adicional instalado (Split Unit) en agosto.
