Mission Statement

The Ignatian Business Leaders (IBL) is a student-run organization that actively seeks to cultivate an environment of business interaction while using all of

its earnings to provide for a better student atmosphere during after-

school hours.

Our Business

The IBL will be in the following businesses:

ProgramReselling and Wholesaling Literature

BooksReselling and Wholesaling Outdated

Textbooks

Profit Distribution

Retained Earnings 50% of IBL’s Profits

will go into making De Smet a better place after school

Buying things like foosball tables, ping pong tables, and so on.

Dividends The other 50% will

go back to the shareholders in the form of dividends

For every $100 the IBL makes, each share gets $.025 in dividend

Start-Up Capital

We will be selling 2000 shares of IBL stock, with an initial public offering (IPO) at $1 a share
