Is it compatible on all surfaces? Through our Research & Develop and Quality Control effort, we recommend using it on the original surface of the device for optimal performance. Due to the natural design of the suction cup, it is only suitable for the majority of hard cover surfaces, cases & skins.

How long will it hold? We recommend using just a single iHold for smaller mobile devices, such as mobile phones, multimedia players & handheld video game console and for larger mobile devices, such as tablets & digital readers, we recommend using double for balancing and to enhance your handheld device experience, resulting in days, if not, hours of pleasurable convenience.

How to maintain the best condition? iHold is made of high quality silicone material, therefore, it is water-resistant & heat-resistant. When not in use, we recommend to keep it inside the box provided from collecting dust. To maximize the suction position, simply rub off the suction cup with a drop of water before use to remove dust or give it a bath to rinse off the dust completely.

How do I track my order? Please note that the USPS does not offer a tracking service for standard mail shipments. When processed, you will receive a 1st email with a Delivery Confirmation (U.S. postal address only), and a 2nd email will confirm your order has been shipped to you completely.

Shipping Policy

We strive to increase the number of warehouses in other states and to establish warehouses in other countries, in order to expedite the time of delivery effectively. iHold ships using United Stated Postal Service and orders received by 3pm PST postal days will be shipped out the same day. If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. You can find shipping options by the shopping cart prior to entering a payment method.
