No defects found in flap spar after inspection in accordance with paragraph (aX1). AD81-04-05R1 is nest due by 4323.1 Ins total time airframe. Complied with AD80-18-10, amendment 39-3903. fuel control cable inspection. All components are okay in accordance with paragraph (bX1), and (bX2).(i)and(ii). A1380-18-10 is next due by 4323.1 hrs total time airframe. Complied with AD88-21-07R1, amendment 39-6272. fuel well drain inspection. Drains are okay by inspection. AD88-21-07R1 is next due by 4- 1 -2003. Complied with FAR 91.207 pars (d), ELT inspection. All ELT components are okay by inspection. Replaced 2ea B3-5-1 Vacuum Filters. Replaced 2ea 13889-20629 Bearings and 2ea 13836-20629 Races on the nose wheel. Removed the left engine inboard e:ihaust pipes and sent to Aerospace Welding Minneapolis Inc. for repairs. Replaced both main tires with 2ea 7.00-6 8Ply Flight Custom II Tires with 2ea 092-318-0 Tubes. Replaced both right aileron rod ends and the left aft rod end with 3ea 452-860 Bearings. Replaced the rear baggage door switch and light with lea 688-390 Switch and lea 470-620 Light. Replaced the fuel filler panel studs with 4ea S3275-5W Studs with 4ea 494-060 Retainers. Replaced the nose and aft baggage door locks with lea 30426-004 Lock. Re-sealed the co-pilots master cylinder with lea '.i.IS28775- 012 0-Ring, lea MS28775-1I3 0-Ring and lea M528775-115 0-Ring. Replaced the lower rudder trim tab hinge half on the trim tab with lea 16914-000 Hinge. hatalled the trim tab with 3ca 21510-002 Hinge pins. Replaced the rudder trim tab control rod with lea 16515-000 Rod and attached it with lee 402-261 Bolt on the fwd end. Replaced the stabilator trim tab horn bolt and bearing with lea 691-349 Bolt and lea 14976-063 Bearing, Replaced the right nose gear door upper rod end with lea 452-335 Rod end. Re-sealed the nose gear door actuator with lea .AN6227-6 0-Ring, lea AN6227-9 0-Ring lea 755-902 Back-up Ring, and 2ea 755-904 Bach-up Rings. Replaced the nose gear drag link attach bolt and bushing with 2ea400-758 Bushings and 2ea 751- 417 Bushings. Replaced the nose gear steering collar linings with 2ea 31788-002 Linings. Removed the hydraulic pump and sag it to Professional Aircraft Accessories for overhaul. See FAA Form 8130-3 and work order for details. Replaced the left engine vacuum pump with lea Aero Accessories 441CC-7 Pump, SN06A19956 Pump. Serviced and charged battery. Lobed all control surface hinge points. Cleaned fuel strainers and sealed each with lea 753-205 Gasket and 1 ea 751-882 Gasket. Cleaned and greased all wheel bearings. Cleaned and greased all landing gear. Filled brake and hydraulic reservoirs. Run up check okay. No leaks noted. I certify that this aircraft airframe has been inspected in accordance with an Annual Inspection and was

Removed panels and copilot seat. Jacked aircraft. Ran gear and flaps with hand pump. Found cross

fitting leaking. Disconnected and removed all three cross fittings. Installed fittings into new cross fittings and torqued. Pressure tested cross fittings, no leaks noted. Installed cross fittings in aircraft and connected lines. Serviced reservoir and ran gear and flaps through several cycles using aircraft hand pump. Ops checked normal, no leaks noted at this time. Installed panels and copilots seat and stops. Removed aircraft from jacks.
