 At IIEM, our reputation for high ethical standards remains among our greatest asset. We articulate our principles andvalues in the IIEM Code of Conduct ³Sanskar´.

³Sanskar´ reinforces our culture of caring and addresses issues of law, ethics and fairness in all of our daily

relationships. We review and update it often, to remain vital and responsive to the needs of our communities,

consumers, employees and shareholders.

` Appraisal and Pr omotions Policy

 Awarding appraisal and promotions is a transparent and standardized process and will be based on performance.

Various things are considered for this which has been mentioned in performance appraisal form and promotional policypaper and these documents are updated from time to time as per academic standards required to achieve institute¶s

mission.

` Grievance Policy

 All the employees are given a fair chance for resolving grievances and standard procedure has been made to keep the

system transparent and fair.

` Policy for LeavesOne can avail a CL (casual leave) after every 21 days of work and leaves will keep on accumulating till the end of the

year. Accumulated leaves cannot be availed in next year.

One can avail 15 EL (earned leave) in case of any emergency for which relevant proof has to be submitted. In case no

EL has been taken, employee will be paid on basis of basic salary for number of EL left at the end of the year.
