The HMIS developed by ITDOSE is modular, thus ensuringsustained benefits through changes in technology, protecting and providing optimalreturns from the investment. Ittakes into account the completebillable information right from theadmit date, time to the dischargedate, time.It performs the calculations of thetotal amount to be paid by thepatient taking into consideration thevarious billable services, indents,requisitions ordered / placed infavour of the patient.

6 Admission,Transfer &Discharge

The ATD feature is the centralcontrol of all room allocations. Priorto admission it checks previousinformation of the patient and flagsthe operator about patient

preferences and also warns ifthere are any payments. The ADTsystem displays the status of allthe beds of all wards in thehospital.
