v Any Bank charges applicable must be borne by the delegate.

v Any bank transaction fees applicable will be borne by the delegate at the time of processing the payment.

v Registration will be confirmed based on realization of payment in our bank account.

v Once the payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your payment and successful completion of the registration process.

vstCancellations received after 1 April 2021 will not be entitled

for any refunds.

v All the refunds as per the cancellation policy will be done within two months after the Convention.

v Cancellations must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat at info@iiwconvention2021india.com

vstCancellations received prior to 1 April 2021 will receive a full

refund minus an amount of INR 1,000 as administration fee including 18% GST.

v Charges incurred for Bank Transfer & Credit Card payments to be borne by payee.

v Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the Virtual Convention.

v Registration fee is transferrable to another attendee only till st1 April 2021.

v Registration will be confirmed only after the receipt of payment.

v The registration rates charged will be inclusive of 18% GST.
