Overview
• Statewide initiative to offer students the opportunity to earn associate degrees and certificates via the web
• Primary objective is to develop the policies and procedures to help coordinate virtual degrees among the community colleges
• Provide funding and/or grants to stimulate collaborative creation of needed courses among the 48 community colleges
