How is the work assessed? The assessments required for the programme are practical work-based assignments and formative assessments, so relate directly to specific workplace performance and issues.

We provide comprehensive guidance on completion ofassignments and the course tutor provides support throughout the course.

How long does it take to complete? This depends on the delivery model and the needs of the business, but as a guide - an Award takes less than six months from registration to final assessment, a Certificate less than one year and a Diploma may take up to two years.

Client comment:“This was an excellent programme for new and existing managers. Great delivery team with a wealth of ‘real time’ knowledge, empathetic to work / life balance and genuinely interested in helping others to understand their own roles better and their team dynamics,” Cath Brooks, Curriculum Team Leader.

“I enjoyed the course immensely, it was presented in a very pro-fessional manner and with humour that assisted with information retention and understanding,” Cilla Wilson, Dragon LNG.
