Optocoupler, Photodarlington Output, (Dual, Quad Channel)
ILD55, ILQ30, ILQ31, ILQ55
Vishay Semiconductors
DESCRIPTION
The ILD55 dual, and ILQ30, ILQ31, ILQ55 quad are opticallycoupled isolators with gallium arsenide infrared emitters andsilicon photodarlington sensors. Switching can be achievedwhile maintaining a high degree of isolation between drivingand load circuits, with no crosstalk between channels. These optocouplers can be used to replace reed andmercury relays with advantages of long life, high speedswitching and elimination of magnetic fields.
The ILD55 is designed to reduce board space requirements
in high density applications.

Note• Stresses in excess of the absolute maximum ratings can cause permanent damage to the device. Functional operation of the device is not
implied at these or any other conditions in excess of those given in the operational sections of this document. Exposure to absolutemaximum ratings for extended periods of the time can adversely affect reliability.
Note• Minimum and maximum values are testing requirements. Typical values are characteristics of the device and are the result of engineering
evaluation. Typical values are for information only and are not part of the testing requirements.
