September 8 - 30 Food Drive Classroom Competition in support of The Daily Bread Food Bank

FOOD DRIVE CLASSROOM COMPETITION Thanksgiving in Canada is a national public holiday that takes place every year on the second Monday of October, this year on 12 October 2015.

Canadians use Thanksgiving to spend time with family and friends, to be grateful for what we have, and to think about what we can give to others who have less.

To celebrate Thanksgiving this year, ILSC will hold a Classroom Competition in support of The Daily Bread.

Each class will be given a bag to collect non-perishable food items, the top three classes that collect the most items will win the corresponding

prize. Talk to your teacher and classmates about how you can win the top prize and help the hungry this Thanksgiving in Toronto!

First Place Class: Catered Lunch Party

Second Place Class: Canadian Flags for the class

Third Place Class: Hot Dog coupons

Returning students: New timetables for session 7 will be

posted at room 400 or 500 on

Monday, October 5th.
