After saving the Appropriation Request Click the Change button for creation of Internal Order in the approved Appropriation request in Measure/Asset Tab

Click on Create Internal order The Appropriation requests approved can be converted into required number

of Internal orders based on percentages.(0-100%) which will be used as basis for creating plan values on the internal orders.
