The im6020 and the im7520 can be equipped with all of the input blocks your workgroup requires to

reach maximum productivity. When it comes to document design, there are no limitations. You can print

or copy onto multiple-sized paper, insert pre-printed covers, or take advantage of the large paper capacity

and high-yield toner system to handle even the most demanding print/copy jobs. The im6020 and im7520

ship standard with four input drawers and a 100-sheet intelligent bypass tray giving you 3,600 sheet paper

capacity. Additionally, you can add either a letter- or universal-sized large tray, boosting your paper capacity to

7,600 sheets. The im6020 and the im7520 will raise your productivity levels to new heights!

In-line folding of 8.5" x 14" or 11" x 17"

The im6020 and the im7520 offer four different fi nishing options so you can choose the

correct fi t for your needs. These MFPs give you advanced fi nishing capabilities to increase

productivity, reduce costs and produce professionally-fi nished documents (results) in-house.

This includes 100-sheet stapling, 80-page booklet making, user selectable 2- or 3-hole punching,

Z-fold and letter folding. And these versatile MFP’s have additional output blocks that

give you the ability to electronically send your documents by faxing or scanning your

results to multiple internal and external destinations.

The im6020 and the im7520, when confi gured with an optional internal

hard disk, offer the user the “Box” function enabling scanned or copied

documents to be saved and later printed, e-mailed, or forwarded to

an FTP site. Up to 1,000 user boxes can be created. And as an added

measure of security, user authentication settings that require a password

allow only those users that are logged on to obtain access.

to send fi les up to 500 destinations simultaneously

including Scan-to E-mail with LDAP support, Scan-to

HDD, Scan-to FTP and Scan-to SMB. And you can

scan your hard copy documents into individual or multi-

page PDF or TIFF fi les at up to 600 by 600 dpi at 75

pages per minute.

With the additional fax option, you have the fl exibility

to handle all of your scanning and faxing needs. The
