Objectives

• Primary: strategic planning for the future

• Secondary– Update participants on project status– Coordinate with all collaborators– Refine the management structure– Set priorities and milestones – Define a work plan


Project Funding History

• Proposal submitted Dec 2001– STTR Phase I to Kitware awarded

• Phase II proposal Dec 2003• Contract end August 2006• IGSTK R01 submitted May 2006• Funding expected about 1 Feb 2007

What do we want from IGSTK?

• Core set of software for developers to rapidly prototype image-guided applications– Robustness is critical

• A place in the open source and open science community

• Vehicle for future funding• User community is critical to all of this• What do you want from IGSTK?
