My idea with the apartments at Armonia was always to do something very special in terms of space and atmosphere that would also make the most

of the wonderful views and the extraordinary Aegean light. I wanted the sense of place to

be strong and expressed in a series of intimate relationships with the sea, the mountains

and the surrounding gardens.

From the bay, the architecture is designed to read as a graphically simple composition of white

horizontals, animated with refined elements of rhythm and pattern. Inside I’ve created interiors that are modern and stimulating, but also timeless and

tranquil, with each apartment arranged as a series of relaxed gathering spaces where

family and friends will instinctively share the feeling of being at home.

Armonia Residences is a new landmark for the Athens Riviera. Designed by John Pawson, this exclusive collection of 22 apartments, penthouses and townhouses overlooks the pine-fringed bay of Vouliagmeni, the most desirable location in Athens.

The building’s horizontal planes blur the boundaries between landscape and living spaces, city and sea. Floor to ceiling windows running the length of the building frame sweeping views of the sea, mountains, and landscaped gardens. Cantilevered terraces offer different vantage points from which to survey the natural beauty of the setting.

This seaside sanctuary epitomises contemporary luxury - light, space, and sophisticated simplicity.

All the residences are designed to the highest specifications, but each is unique. Set across two adjoining buildings, the complex offers apartments of different styles and sizes, including four townhouses with private gardens and two double-height penthouses.

Intelligent design

Powered by smart KNX technology,the building is the last word in securityand energy-efficiency. Using a simple touchscreen interface, you can adjust the temperature and lighting, play music, or activate the alarm no matter where you are. The intelligent system is operated through wall-mounted controls, tablets, and smartphones.

Indoor and outdoor lighting is remote controlled for maximum convenience and security. Lights can be dimmed, and electric shades and black-out blinds can be opened or closed from any location, at the touch of a button.

Integrated speakers facilitate audio streaming and zone selection is possible via the controls. A Sonos music distribution system with invisible Amina speakers is installed in the 4th, 5th, and 6th floor residences.

Unobtrusive Security

For complete peace of mind, sensors, detectors and CCTV surveillance allow you to monitor your home remotely. Dedicated security staff are on-site 24 hours a day.
