Chris says that he cannot cope with the boy’s noise and energy when they get home. These tablets calm the boys and allow him a chance to relax after his twelve hour shift as a taxi driver. … Sue – Paul’s mother brings a bottle of over the counter cough mixture to the centre and asks you to give Paul the recommended dose throughout the day.

Linda sends a note to you via her daughter’s nanny that her daughter Jeri has just been immunised. Linda goes on to say that the Doctor has suggested administering Paracetamol to reduce the risks of side effects of the vacine and wants you give Paracetamol to Jeri.

… Mat delivers four year old Phoebe to the centre and presents you with a bottle of drops in Phoebe’s name and a letter from her doctor stating that she is to be given two drops twice a day. Mat comments that the two drops aren’t enough and that he and his partner have been giving her four drops each time. He requests that you continue with his four drop regime.
