Jack Petersen - Director. Jack has been directing plays for over fifty years. Most of them – comedies, dramas, musicals – were pretty good. Some (especially the early ones) keep improving with age. But that’s in the past. Rather, I’d prefer to introduce you to the production you are about to see, right here, right now. GODSPELL is the first play I’ve directed for Imagine Productions. To start, in making requests for staff and materials, the management of this theatre group has been unwavering in their support. I have stage

managers (plural), a musical director, and a choreographer who are as insightful and professional as the best with whom I’ve ever shared a page in a program. And the cast – this cast – funny, warm, quirky, and uncommonly talented, have been, for me, pure joy. I like it here. I do! After seeing this production of GODSPELL, I can’t help but feel that you will, too.

Chipper Snow - Music Director. Chipper is thrilled to make his Imagine Productions debut with this talented and dedicated cast and crew! He has been involved with community theatre in Columbus for 5 years as an actor, writer, and composer, and this is his 10th show as music director. He is a lifelong student of music and theatre and holds memberships in the American Association of Community Theatre(AACT) and the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers(ASCAP). He hopes this show

brings everyone as much joy as it's brought him!

Melissa Herrera Ortiz - Choreographer. Melissa is excited to make her debut with Imagine Production's Godspell after being gone from the theater atmosphere for too long! Other shows she has been a part of are: Come Back to the 5 & Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean (SM) at Curtain Players Theater as well as Les Misérables (SM), Young Frankenstein (SM), & Hairspray (SM) at The Ritz Theater in Tiffin, Ohio. By day, she enjoys the company of two beautiful pups: Lady & Nala and her super supportive fiancé

Michael. Hopefully you’ll see her work with more shows coming soon. Now get ready to see our teamwork in action! Enjoy! Rachel Lynne Harper - Stage Manager. Rachel is very excited to be working her sec-ond show with Imagine on the heels of Hedwig. Previous credits include Hedwig and the Angry Inch (SM, Imagine Productions), Christmas in Columbus: Return of the Elf (ASM, Short North Stage), Venus & Adonis, A Riff on Hamlet (SM, Wild Women Writing), The Last Five Years (SM, Hester/Harper Productions), Heathers: the Musical (Assistant Lighting), Romeo and Juliet (SM), Stupid F***ing Bird (SM), An Enemy of the People (ASM, The Ohio State University), and Spring Awakening (SM, Machinery of Night Co.)
