IMC OnAir as a broadcasting show (Radio + Internet Radio (PodCasting)) historically

is the result of a longer process and gets in lane as following. The brand structure is tobe understood as a conceptional brand architecture.

Project office Sinn-Macher.net (Sense-Maker.Net) as thepersonalized brand of the initiator Lothar J.R. Maier, being draftedfirst in April 2003.

The content of the website www.sinn-macher.net is focussing ontoany aspects around the ideom sense (currenctly 70 web pages),reflecting the life philosophical comprehension, from where all otherpart projects inclusive IMC are being developed.

All part projects of IMC India meets Classic are components of thefoundation project EURETEC (European Research, Therapy andEducation Centre for Life Sciences).

IMC India meets Classic is the head of all part projects, handlingIndian Classical music in some different ways. The IMC Logo is to beunderstood as the main brand of all sub brands.(Rec.: IMC was founded for realisation music therapy programmesbased on Indian Classical Music, supplementing EURETECs sailingtherapy concept 3i1 (Three in One Psycho Education on theWater.)

IMC OnAir represents the broadcasting platform of IMC, directed tofulfill the needs of media convergence via radio (local area) andpodcasting (worldwide by RSS Feeds as Internet based push & pulltechnologies).

The IMC promotion initiative in part was initialized as youthpatronage. The Tabla Performance TablaGroup Hamburg hasbeen presented to the public at the Festival of Cultures in September2005 under the headline home individuals & society.

Culturebridge Water is Life Living with Water(JALER APAR NAMJIBHAN) was drafted by IMC for the art competition of Hamburgsculture foundation in April 2005. Hereby the IMC focus is liveperforming (night of ragas) and scholarship exchange programmebetween India and Germany for supporting an inter cultural dialogueand knowledge transfer from India to Europe.

IMC India meets Classic disposes within its whole concept of amusic paedagogical concept for schools (raga workshop programmeof 6 weeks duration).

THE IMC OnAir CC License

Offering the IMC work under a Creative Commons license does not

mean we give up our copyright. Continuously we keep all rights in ourhands. It means the promotion initiative IMC India meets Classic offerssome of its rights to any member of the public but only on certainconditions.

What conditions? You can find an overview of the Creative Commons licenses herereferring the total work of IMC. All of our licenses require that we give attribution inthe manner specified by the author or licensor.

Attribution. You let others copy, distribute, display, and perform yourcopyrighted work and derivative works based upon it but only if they

give credit the way you request.

Example:IMC publishes some photographs with an Attribution license, because IMC wants the world to use thesepictures provided they give IMC credit. Bob finds IMC photographs online and wants to display it on the frontpage of his website. Bob puts IMC' picture on his site, and clearly indicates IMCs authorship.

IMCs license mix and match conditions from the list of options below. There are atotal of six Creative Commons licenses to choose from the core licensing suite ofCreative Commons. Currently IMC has available one licence version in GermanLanguage and re-translated in English language, see page 7-13 and 14-20.

Noncommercial. IMC let others copy, distribute, display, and perform our

work and derivative works based upon it but for noncommercialpurposes only

Examples: IMC publishes some photographs on its website (e.g. www.imcradio.net ) with a Noncommerciallicense. Camille prints IMC' photographs. Camille is not allowed to sell the print photograph without IMCspermission.

No Derivative Works. IMC let others copy, distribute, display, and performonly verbatim copies of our work, not derivative works based upon it.

Example:IMC licenses a recording of its broadcasting shows with a No Derivative Works license. Joe would liketo cut IMC's track and mix it with his own to produce an entirely new song. Joe cannot do this without IMC'spermission (unless his song amounts to fair use).

Share Alike. IMC allows others to distribute derivative works onlyunder a license identical to the license that governs our work.

Example: IMC's online photographs is licensed under the Noncommercial and Share Alike terms. Camille is anamateur music artist, and she takes IMC's photo and puts it into one of her collages. This Share Alike languagerequires Camille to make her collage available on a the same terms IMC gave her.

Note:A license cannot feature both the Share Alike and No Derivative Works options.The Share Alike requirement applies only to derivative works.

carries with it a full set of other rights in addition to the allowances specifically madehere.

3. Taking a License

When you've made your choices, IMC delivers you the appropriate license expressedin different ways:

Commons Deed. A simple, plain-language summary of the license, completewith the relevant icons, see page 7 (German Version) and 14 (English Version)

Legal Code. The fine print that you need to be sure the license will stand up incourt, see page 8-13 (German Version) and 15-20 (English Version).

The third way IMC licenses via Digital Code currently is under preperation.(Rec.: Digital Code means: a machine-readable translation of IMCs license that helps searchengines and other applications identify our work by its terms of use.)

4. Using a License of IMC

The same way as IMC does, you should include a Creative Commons"Some Rights Reserved" button on your site, near your work. IMC

identifies its work on every single web page at www.imcradio.net andother forms of publishing work (RSS Feeds / XML programming), CD covers, handouts (print forms), downloadable files (e.g. PDF formatted) etc. Help and tips on doing this are covered here. IMC has linked this button back to

Commons Deed, so that the world can be notified of the licenseterms. If we find that IMCs license is being violated, we mayhave grounds to sue under copyright infringement. View the CCcomics to learn how it works:

1. Definitionen

a. Unter einer Bearbeitung wird eine bersetzung oder andere Bearbeitung desWerkes verstanden, die Ihre persnliche geistige Schpfung ist. Eine freieBenutzung des Werkes wird nicht als Bearbeitung angesehen.

b. Unter den Lizenzelementen werden die folgenden Lizenzcharakteristikaverstanden, die vom Lizenzgeber ausgewhlt und in der Bezeichnung der Lizenzgenannt werden: Namensnennung, Nicht-kommerziell, Weitergabe unter gleichenBedingungen.

c. Unter dem Lizenzgeber wird die natrliche oder juristische Person verstanden, dieden Schutzgegenstand unter den Bedingungen dieser Lizenz anbietet.

d. Unter einem Sammelwerk wird eine Sammlung von Werken, Daten oder anderenunabhngigen Elementen verstanden, die aufgrund der Auswahl oder Anordnung derElemente eine persnliche geistige Schpfung ist. 2. Schranken des Urheberrechts.Diese Lizenz lsst smtliche Befugnisse unberhrt, die sich aus den Schranken desUrheberrechts,aus dem Erschpfungsgrundsatz oder anderen Beschrnkungen derAusschlielichkeitsrechte des Rechtsinhabers ergeben.

3. Lizenzierung.Unter den Bedingungen dieses Lizenzvertrages rumt Ihnen der Lizenzgeber einlizenzgebhrenfreies, rumlich und zeitlich (fr die Dauer des Urheberrechts oderverwandten Schutzrechts) unbeschrnktes einfaches Nutzungsrecht ein, denSchutzgegenstand in der folgenden Art und Weise zu nutzen:

Die genannten Nutzungsrechte knnen fr alle bekannten Nutzungsarten ausgebt werden.Die genannten Nutzungsrechte beinhalten das Recht, solche Vernderungen an dem Werkvorzunehmen, die technisch erforderlich sind, um die Nutzungsrechte fr alle Nutzungsartenwahrzunehmen. Insbesondere sind davon die Anpassung an andere Medien und auf andere

Dateiformate umfasst.

4. Beschrnkungen.Die Einrumung der Nutzungsrechte gem Ziffer 3 erfolgt ausdrcklich nur unter denfolgenden Bedingungen:

Wenn Sie den Schutzgegenstand oder ein Sammelwerk vervielfltigen, verbreitenoder ffentlich wiedergeben, mssen Sie alle Urhebervermerke fr denSchutzgegenstand unverndert lassen und die Urheberschaft oderRechtsinhaberschaft in einer der von Ihnen vorgenommenen Nutzungangemessenen Form anerkennen, indem Sie den Namen (oder das Pseudonym, fallsein solches verwendet wird) des Urhebers oder Rechteinhabers nennen, wenn dieserangegeben ist. Dies gilt auch fr den Titel des Schutzgegenstandes, wenn dieserangeben ist, sowie - in einem vernnftigerweise durchfhrbaren Umfang - fr die mitdem Schutzgegenstand zu verbindende Internetadresse in Form des Uniform-Resource-Identifier (URI), wie sie der Lizenzgeber angegeben hat, sofern diesgeschehen ist, es sei denn, diese Internetadresse verweist nicht auf den

Obwohl die gemss Ziffer 3 gewhrten Nutzungsrechte in umfassender Weiseausgebt werden drfen, findet diese Erlaubnis ihre gesetzliche Grenze inden Persnlichkeitsrechten der Urheber und ausbenden Knstler, deren berechtigtegeistige und persnliche Interessen bzw. deren Ansehen oder Ruf nicht dadurchgefhrdet werden drfen, dass ein Schutzgegenstand ber das gesetzlich zulssigeMa hinaus beeintrchtigt wird.

5. Gewhrleistung.Sofern dies von den Vertragsparteien nicht anderweitig schriftlich vereinbart,, bietet derLizenzgeber keine Gewhrleistung fr die erteilten Rechte, auer fr den Fall, dassMngel arglistig verschwiegen wurden. Fr Mngel anderer Art, insbesondere bei dermangelhaften Lieferung von Verkrperungen des Schutzgegenstandes, richtet sich dieGewhrleistung nach der Regelung, die die Person, die Ihnen den Schutzgegenstand zurVerfgung stellt, mit Ihnen auerhalb dieser Lizenz vereinbart, oder - wenn eine solcheRegelung nicht getroffen wurde - nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

6. Haftung.ber die in Ziffer 5 genannte Gewhrleistung hinaus haftet Ihnen der Lizenzgeber nur frVorsatz und grobe Fahrlssigkeit.

7. Vertragsende

a. Dieser Lizenzvertrag und die durch ihn eingerumten Nutzungsrechte endenautomatisch bei jeder Verletzung der Vertragsbedingungen durch Sie. Fr natrlicheund juristische Personen, die von Ihnen eine Datenbank oder ein Sammelwerk unterdiesen Lizenzbedingungen erhalten haben, gilt die Lizenz jedoch weiter,vorausgesetzt, diese natrlichen oder juristischen Personen erfllen smtlicheVertragsbedingungen. Die Ziffern 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 und 8 gelten bei einerVertragsbeendigung fort.
