IMCC FACILITIES AND SE!ICES

Essential to quality education is a school atmosphere that encourages holistic

person development. In view o this! the I"CC administration has prioriti#ed thedevelopment o its campus! $uildings! and state%o%the%art acilities to ensure the

students& comort! peace o mind! acquisition o security and the acilitation o learning.

'ere are some general rules and regulations in using school acilities! to wit(

a.) School acilities and equipment are or the e*clusive use o I"CC personnel

and students.

$.) +orrowing and returning shall $e made through the appropriate custodian othe items.

c.) +orrower shall ta,e ull responsi$ility o the items $orrowed under his-her

name.d.) amage or loss o item $orrowed shall $e repaired or replaced $y the

$orrower to the e*tent o the ,ind or $rand or value o the item. /amage to

the e*tent o 02 shall $e considered as lost item and must $e replaced).

3s a general policy! all reservations or the use o school acilities and equipment

must $e coursed through the Property Custodian and with the approval o the School

Comptroller.

The ollowing supplementary services are provided especially or I"CC students(

A" THE A#DIO !IS#AL OOM

In support o the teaching%learning process! the 356 provides various audio%

visual materials and appropriate pro7ection and listening equipment. The section houses

the instructional manuals! slides! microilms! audio and video tapes! charts! mass!transparencies! cd&s! vcd&s and dvd&s and other 3-5 equipment. 3t present! the 356 has

two LC machines /liquid crystal display) and 8'P machines /over head pro7ector).

3lthough in its ledging stage! the 356 provides acilities and materials insupport o instruction such as ully air%conditioned audio%visual rooms! LC&s and

8'P&s! slides! microilms! audio and video tapes! charts! maps! C&s! 5C&s! 5&s!

and other audio%visual equipment.

3n 3udio%5isual 6oom with audio and video equipment may $e used or

seminars and special meetings o any college group upon arrangement with the propertycustodian. 8ther non%college groups may also use the 356 $y arrangement and payment

o certain amount at the 3ccounting 8ice.

assistance in using or ta,ing out the equipment./The Support Services Sta will preserve the orm until ater the use o the 356

or equipment! and chec, the condition o the $orrowed equipment to determine

any lia$ility.)

0.) The 5C player and T5 monitor are used solely or classroom instruction and

special programs! $ut not or social or entertainment purposes.

@.) The 5C player and T5 monitor may $e used or three hours only. 3nye*tension o the stipulated time will $e ined Php. 0. per hour! and Php. 0.

B.) C&s! 5C&s! 5&s and Aarao,e can $e $orrowed or one day only. The

5C player! T5 monitor! and lectern will not $e ta,en out rom the 356!

e*cept upon order o the Institution 3dministration or some special occasions.

.) 6eview o 5C tapes may $e done only during oice hours.

D.) 6eturn the equipment to its place ater using! and inorm the Support ServicesSta or the Property Custodian that you are leaving the 356.

1.) The repair or replacement o any used or $orrowed 356 equipment that isdestroyed or has malunctioned ater use will $e the responsi$ility o the

$orrower! unless such damage is ound to $e not attri$uta$le to the user.

Students are e*pected to use the school properties and acilities with e*tra%care.

3ny damage must $e repaired and replaced at the oender&s e*pense. Littering or leaving

empty $ottles and other gar$age anywhere is prohi$ited. Stealing or damaging propertyinside the campus will $e dealt accordingly.

The leader o the group-s permitted to use school acilities will $e heldresponsi$le or the $ehavior o the group.

356 may $e used or oicial scheduled classes and activities. The cleanliness o

the rooms and their surrounding is the responsi$ility o the students. They should ,eepthe 356 at all times neat and orderly. hite$oards must li,ewise $e clean and the chairs

$e arranged properly $eore and ater using.

The center provides complete sound system and lighting acilities intended or athorough review or students in preparing or $oard e*ams. It is also used or seminar

wor,shop and other student related activities.

Physical Education Classes are held in the 3uditorium. This is located at the+asic Education epartment! ?th;loor o the 'igh School +uilding. 8ther activities also

held in auditorium! such as 6ecognition Program! Ecumenical "ass! Seminars! and other

special institutional occasions.
