• The date of publication should stay in 7.1.3 Additional access points

• Reasons • - date is not used as an access point in a index• - date is not used on its own as an access point

• 5.2.1. The wording conventions of the country require • - that there are established conventions • - cataloguers’ knowledge for conventionswhen dealing with foreign authors. e.g. Delete the apostrophe for Senegalese names asN’Diaye ---> NdiayeM’Baye ---> Mbaye

But in Kenya, for example: Ngugi Wa Thiong’o ---> Ngugi Wa Thiong’o
