ECUMENICAL THANKSIVING SERVICE – IHM CHURCH, NOVEMBER 24, 4:00 p.m.

Annually, on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, it has been traditional for IHM, OLHR, Williston Federated Church and Richmond Congregational Church to join together in worship, fellowship and service. The churches rotate hosting this beautiful service with music provided by the combined choirs. IHM is proud to be hosting the Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service this year, and will be providing a light snack of soup and bread after the service (see separate posting on how you can help). The offering is divided between the Williston and Richmond Food Shelves. Please invite your friends and neighbors to join us on November 24.

SOUP NEEDED for ECUMENICAL THANKSGIVING SERVICE, NOVEMBER 24

As this year’s host, we will be serving hot soup in the IHM hall after the service. Please be sure to label your crock pot with your name and provide a list of soup ingredients/spices. Your crock pots should be ready to take home by 5:45 at the latest.

You can sign up to bring soup on the sheet provided in the vestibule at IHM, or contact Pam Kozikowski at 879-0870 or [email protected] (until November 17 only), or call Sherrie or Chris Geffken at 879-0489 after November 17.
