ALBEROBELLO Our school is located here. Unesco International Heritage Site since 1996, Alberobello is the most famous city in Apulia and the only city made up entirely of “Trulli”.
What are Trulli? A Trullo is a strange house, due to the conical roof and cylindrical shape, built using just polished drystone. These constructions, that seem spawned from the mind of a fantasy writer, were once the typical home for peasant families in Alberobello.Alberobello and Itria Valley (being Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino) are collectively considered the “happy place” of Apulia: low prices, clean air, zero crime, a relaxed rhythm of living and a culinary tradition which is something to be envied!We’re famous for our “orecchiette” (a typical local pasta), “taralli” (a delicious savory treat), and above all for mozzarelle, cheeses, meat and fish dishes as well as exquisite organic vegetables grown by local farmers.

YOUR “TRULLI”IMMERSION Trulli Italian School will take you in one of the must complete immersion program in Italy. Mini Group Italian lessons in the morning and cultural experience in afternoon will drag you in authentic and friendly Apulian atmosphere, where you will forget to study italian and finally
live the italian way: cooking class with Granma, wine tasting mozzarella making, tours in the most beautiful apulian cities and other unique experiences organise by our school.The days are split in two parts: Italian lessons in the morning (from 9.00 a.m. to 12.40 p.m.) in classes that don’t exceed 6 people and with the same Italian level (A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2), and cultural activities in the afternoon to enjoy the apulia life (between 3pm and 7pm).
