This guide explains how to invite, manage, and search for users.

Invite users Login to your ImmiAccount.

For information on how to login to your ImmiAccount, refer to the How to login to ImmiAccount Quick Reference Guide.

The Organisation applications summary page displays.

1. Click Manage Account

The Summary page displays.

2. Click Organisation Account Administration

The Manage users page displays.

3. Click Invite user

The Invite user page displays.

4. Enter:

a. Given names b. Family name c. Email address

5. Select the applicable online services required checkbox More fields display

6. Select the applicable Access required checkboxes and enter a Reason for access

7. Click Send Invite A success message displays.

You have successfully sent an invitation.

Approve an application When a user submits an application to access your organisation, you will need to approve the request.

When the request is lodged, you will receive an email showing the details and containing a hyperlink.

1. Click the hyperlink

The Manage Registrations screen displays in ImmiAccount.

2. Approve or Reject each service requested

You will need to provide a reason for each rejection. Your reasons for rejection will be included in an email that is sent to the user.

3. Click SaveImmiAccount – Organisation applications administration | 6

A success message displays at the top of the screen.

Once the Department has approved the request the account holder is sent an email confirming they now have organisation access with their ImmiAccount.

Manage users Search for organisation users Open the Manage users page.

Wildcards can be used in your search.

1. Enter your search criteria

2. Click Search

The Manage users page displays the search results.

You have successfully searched for a user.

Suspend user

1. From the Manage users page, select the user you want to suspend

2. Click View

The Manage users page displays the users details.

3. Click Suspend

The Suspend user dialog box displays.

4. In the Change Reason field, enter the reason for suspending the user

5. Click Yes

The Manage users page displays a success message confirming that the user has beensuspended.

You have successfully suspended the user.

Unsuspend user

1. From the Manage users page, select the suspended user you want to unsuspend

2. Click View

The Manage users page displays the users details.

3. Click Unsuspend

The Unsuspend user dialog box displays.

4. In the Change Reason field, enter the reason for activating the user account

5. Click Yes

The Manage users page displays a success message confirming that the user has been enabled.

You have successfully unsuspended the user.

Add a note

1. Select the user you want to record a note against from the Manage users page

2. Click View

The Manage users page displays the user’s details.

3. Click Add Note

The Add Note dialog box displays.

4. Enter the note details for the user in the Change Reason field

5. Click Yes

The Manage users page displays a success message confirming that the note has been added.

The note appears in the user’s account.

You have successfully added a note.

Reset a user’s password

1. Select the user you want to record a note against from the Manage users page

2. Click View

The Manage users page displays the user’s details.

If the user is not in the list, you can search for them by:

• Username• Family name• Given name• Email address.

3. Click Reset Password

4. Enter the new password in both password fields

5. Click Save

The Confirm Modify User screen displays.

6. Enter a reason for the password change

7. Click Yes

A success message displays.
