By 2031, almost 80% of Toronto residents will likely be immigrants or children of immigrant parents.
In 2012, the Region welcomed about 85,000 international immigrants.
8 out of 10 immigrants arriving in the Region areidentified as minorities.

Ontario will be short 190,000 skilled employees by 2020 and that shortage will quickly escalate to more than 360,000 by 2025 and more than 560,000 by 2030.*
This year, almost 8,000 newly skilled workers graduated from George Brown.
