IMO 1 April • IMO 2 July • IMO 3 OctoberDefine the basic structure of the Incident Command System (ICS), focused on oil spill response
Introduce clear procedures for emergency response
Present the use, handling, efficiency calculation and maintenance of equipment most often used in controlling oil spills
Create a practice scenario for oil spill control in which the participant can intervene
Define cleaning strategies and tactics for affected areas
This interactive course will include classroom sessions, case studies, workshops and field practice.
