earth. They have the power to make the
innocent guilty and to make the guilty
innocent, and that's power. Events do not
travel Reports do. And through this they are
able to influence the minds of the masses

Based on Print Media from pre-partition The Nawa-e-Waqt was established in 1940 & The
Dawn in 1941 Not a single Newspaper published in East Pakistan
and Baluchistan NWFP (KP) had two dailies owned by Muslims
migrated to Pakistan – AZAD (1936) and MORNING NEWS (1942), which shifted to Dhaka
Jang, Dawn and Anjam were published from Karachi

They should express social responsibilities that would invariably sustain the growth of micro-ethno system in the nation, aid the political terrain, and eliminate friction in human relationships and other sectors of the country. As a watch dog of society, they are responsible to the people and can also help in the elimination of social vices confronting humanity and National Harmony
