Just Drive, developed by Training Research and Education for Driving Safety (TREADS), and presented by the CHP, addresses such topics as the dangers of distracted driving, its affect on driver safety, and how to reduce distracted driving. Funding is provided by the Office of Traffic Safety, Adult Distracted Driver Grant.

Take part in the California Highway Patrol’s (CHP) Age Well, Drive Smart senior driver education class. Age Well, Drive Smart was developed to assist senior drivers, 65 years of age and older, to continue to drive safely. This is a FREE class is taught by a CHP Officer and co-taught by a CHP Senior Volunteer. The curriculum addresses such topics as aging and its effects on safe driving, maintaining good physical health, self-assessment, and more. Contact your nearest CHP Area office to confirm your class registration.
