→ Implementation of alcohol testing of crew members:

→ Within the framework of EU Ramp Inspection Programme

→Alcohol tests performed by ramp inspectors

→ Outside the framework of EU Ramp Inspection Programme

→Alcohol test performed by other authorised officials

Change#1 Ramp inspection report

→ This change impacts: all users except other officials

→ When alcohol testing of crew members is carried out during ramp inspection, the following information is recorded in the ramp inspection report:

→ Alcohol test performed

→ Number of flight crew tested

→ Number of cabin crew tested

→ In case of test refusal: number of crew members effectively tested (0 FC & 0 CC possible)

→ Not counted as ramp inspection

→ New priority for alcohol testing:→ Individual operator

→ All operators from the State

→ It will become active once the risk assessment has been done by the Agency

→ Until then, all the operators will be treated the same

→ Inspection preparation module includes:→ Operator inclusion on the priority list for alcohol testing

Note: Alcohol test findings are not included in the number of Cat 1, Cat 2 and Cat 3 findings and are not used for operator’s ratio calculation

→ Ramp inspection tool batch import function updated to read the parameters of carried out alcohol tests.
