The issue of students having attention deficit disorder and the teacher
being an ineffective manager has certain implications on effective
teaching and learning .The implications on effective learning and teacherthat is a result of the teacher being an ineffective manger are :
Lessons may not be completed due to the teacher not being able to properly complete his task .Not being able to complete his her or
task would result in students not getting the full understanding of a
lesson and valuable learning time being lost by students .This wouldresult in the teacher not effectively teaching because he or she has
not completed their objectives and students not fully learning class
lessons because they are done incomplete by the teacher.
A teacher not being a effective manager would result inincoherence during class activities .Some students may complete
the task while some students partial complete it and some notcompleting the task at all .An effective teacher should ensure that
each of his students complete task given .Class activities are tools of
reinforcing lessons taught and tools in helping to retain information
by teachers .If these actives are not properly manage resulting in
students not completing the task giving that would mean that they
did not get to completely reinforce the information or retain itresulting in them not effectively learning.
A teacher not being able to get the attention of his student wouldbe consider to be an ineffective teacher .If a students attention is
not on what is being taught because the teacher cant gain theirattention ,he or she wont be able to take part in the learning
process but will lose out on learning .If the student has not taken
part in the learning process that will simple mean that the teacher
has not effectively taught them .
The implications on effective learning and teacher that is a result of
students having attention deficit hyperactive Behaviour.
