Attached is Apl's Igm format for submission of manifest details.

Instructions to follow:

The arrival of vsl and the Feeder vsl details can be obtained from www.apl.com or thru our customer support cell at 022 - 39890275.

You have to submit your manifest instruction atleast 04 working days prior the arrival of the vessel.

While sending the updated files & the scanned copies of the B/ls pls ensure to :

1. Mention the Master B/l# & the feeder vessel detail on the subject line of each email

2. Ensure to Send seperate messages for each MBL (APL's master Bills of lading)

3. Ensure to prefix 0+10 digit IEC code for each actual cnee.

4. Copy all the name in the distribution list for all messages ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected] & [email protected])

5. Ensure to tag Read receipt to all the msgs sent for an auto acknowledgement as we would NOT ACK the mail, if received in order.

6. Manifest instruction should be forwarded to our Discharge office atleast 04 working days prior to arrival of the vessel at final Discharge port

Note: NO NEED TO COURIER US THE HARD COPIES OF EITHER MB/L's OR HB/L's,

MANIFESTATION OF YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE AS PER THE HB/L DETAILS SUBMITTED BY YOU ONLY .
