On earth as it is in heaven- Matthew 6:10). Again in the book of 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 the

word of God says: For the love of Christ controls and urges and impels us, because we are

of the opinion and conviction that [if] One died for all, then all died; And He died for

all, so that all those who live might live no longer to and for themselves, but to and for

Him Who died and was raised again for their sake.

Now relating all these things we`ve been saying with our opening verse you notice

something very important; For such [praying] is good and right, and [it is] pleasing

and acceptable to God our Savior, Who wishes all men to be saved and [increasingly] to

perceive and recognize and discern and know precisely and correctly the [divine] Truth.

So now you realise that for us to fulfil our great commission ( Matthew 28: Go then and

make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the

Son and of the Holy Spirit, Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded

you), we will have to be faithful enough to pray continually and intercede For all men, regardless of their positions, wrong doing , right living or whatever it is they are defined by.

In the book of Romans 5:6 the word of God says: While we were yet in weakness

[powerless to help ourselves], at the fitting time Christ died for (in behalf of) the

    ungodly.

The bible records an amazing encounter in the book Esther. This was when a decree was

made that all the Jews had to be killed, the bible records that when Mordecai found out that

harm was intended against his people he decided to do something about it (Esther 4:1-15).

Something amazing Mordecai said to Queen Esther in the book of Esther 4:13-14: Then

Mordecai told them to return this answer to Esther, Do not flatter yourself that you shall

escape in the king's palace any more than all the other Jews. For if you keep silent at this

time, relief and deliverance shall arise for the Jews from elsewhere, but you and your

father's house will perish. And who knows but that you have come to the kingdom for

such a time as this and for this very occasion? Wow! He said Who knows thatperhaps you

have come to the kingdom for such a time as this and this very occasion? Saints the very

same can be said concerning us being in Christ at this very point in time and in this particular

season. WHO KNOWS, CHILD OF GOD THAT PERHAPS YOU HAVE COME INTO THE

KINGDOM OF GOD, FOR SUCH AS TIME AS THIS AND FOR THIS VERY OCCASSION (THAT IS

TO PRAY AND INTERCEDE FOR ALL MENAS WELL AS TO PREACH THE GLAD TIDINGS OF

SALVATION TO THEM)? The answer to this question is found in the book of 1 Peter 2:9 But

you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God's] own purchased,

special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and

perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.

The word of God calls us (those who are born again) , a royal priesthoodthat means we

are called to perform priestly duties, and among these priestly duties praying for others is

included (Hebrews 5:1 FOR EVERY high priest chosen from among men is appointed to act on

behalf of men in things relating to God, to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins). Now this

praying for others (intercession), doesnt only refer to just praying for the sins of the world,

it includes praying for the Father`s will to be done in people`s lives (Your kingdom come,

Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven- Matthew 6:10). The bible says in another place

that it is the Father`s good pleasure to give us the kingdom (Luke 12:32). So a prayer of

intercession can be a prayer that you offer up, for someone else to receive a blessing fromthe Lord, or that they might receive healing, a miracle and favor (Esther 4:16 Go, gather

together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast for me; and neither eat nor

drink for three days, night or day. I also and my maids will fast as you do. Then I will go to

the king, though it is against the law; and if I perish, I perish.), or that they may

experience salvation; and this is another way of walking and growing in love (John 13:34-35

I give you a new commandment: that you should love one another. Just as I have loved

you, so you too should love one another. By this shall all [men] know that you are My

disciples, if you love one another [if you keep on showing love among yourselves].)

As you go through the word of God, you will start to realise that when it comes to mankind,

the father`s desire has to do with us being reconciled to Himself and us leaving the lives that

he pre-destined for us to live in Christ Jesus. (2 Corinthians 5:18-19 But all things are from

God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us

into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word

and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him]. It was God [personally

present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not

counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and

committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor). No wonderthe Apostle Paul said: Who wishes all men to be saved and [increasingly] to perceive

and recognize and discern and know precisely and correctly the [divine] Truth

I believe that as we purpose in our hearts and engage in this wonderful ministry of

intercession, the Lord will guide us on; how to pray for others, what to pray for, and most

importantly He will strengthen and enable us, so that we can live and function in love

(Romans 8:26 So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our

weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought,

but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with

unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.). The word of God in the book

of Jobalso says: But there is [a vital force] a spirit [of intelligence] in man, and the

breath of the Almighty gives men understanding.

In conclusion, the Apostle Peter says in the book of 1Peter 4:7-8 But the end and

culmination of all things has now come near; keep sound minded and self-restrained and

alert therefore for [the practice of] prayer. Above all things have intense and unfailing

love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins [forgives and disregards the

offenses of others]. Beloved let us not grow weary of praying of one another, especially for

those who are still not saved.

Now it could be you were just reading this article and you are not yet born again, but you

want to actively engage in intercessory ministry and see results, there is a prayer of

salvation included at the end of this document, pray it out loud and receive eternal life in to

your spirit, so that you can be a royal priest. The word of Go d says in the book of Romans

10:8-10 But what does it say? The Word (God's message in Christ) is near you, on your lipsand in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we

preach, Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in

your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him

from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes (adheres to,

trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to

God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his

    faith) and confirms [his] salvation.

    God Bless You.

    THE SALVATION PRAYER

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a

    sinner, and I

am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.

I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at

    Calvary and

died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.

You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in

    our

hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.

Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised

    Jesus from

the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according

    to His

Word, right now I am saved.

Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you

    Jesus that

your grace never leads to license to sin, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore

    Lord Jesus

transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself.

Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life.

    Amen.
