Residents of single-family homes are entitled to 2 free Cleanups between January 1 and December 31 of each year. We will collect up to 12 bags of garbage, or 6 bags of garbage and 1 large item. Cleanups are scheduled to occur on your regular collection day and require an appointment. Please call our office at least one business day in advance of desired Cleanup day. Our phone lines are open from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. While the shelter in place order is in effect: u Our offices are closed to walk-ins. Please pay online, by mail, or use the mail slot at our office. u Blue Line Transfer is open Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 4:30pm, for self-haul. It is currently closed on Saturday and Sunday. All loads must be contained and covered. All members of the public are required to wear face masks. On-Call Cleanups can be scheduled. Residents of single-family homes are entitled to 2 free Cleanups between January 1 and December 31 of each year. What belongs in each cart?

Large boxes should be flattened,

bundled and placed next to

blue cart.

Blue “SPLIT” Cart

Put your recyclables in the blue cart. Clean, dry paper products belong under the gray lid. Other accepted recyclables belong under the blue lid.

cans/pans/foil, glass bottles/jars, plastic bottles/tubs

Please scrape and rinse containers before placing under the blue lid.

Do not use liner bags.

NO: plastic or bio-plastic bags, dirt, sod, rock, brick, or concrete.

Please take the time to recycle right. When carts are misused, service can be delayed and extra fees applied.

Green Cart

Put your food scraps, food-soiled paper and yard trimmings in the green cart.

Household batteries & cell phones, and used motor oil & filters are recyclable too!

Place used household batteries and cell phones together in a clear zip-top bag, seal, and put on top of the lid to your GARBAGE cart. Please put tape over both ends of each used lithium and 9 volt battery and wrap cell phones in paper.

Place used motor oil and filters next to your RECYCLING cart. Contain used motor oil in original or other labeled jug with screw-top lid. Jugs must be 1-gallon or smaller. Contain used oil filters in clear zip-top bag. Limit of 5 gallons of oil and 5 filters per collection day.
