Important Ayaat to Remember

Prerequisites

Always start the recitation of the Holy Qur’an with Ta’awwuz: “…seek

refuge in Allah (swt) from Shaitan the accursed” (Surah An-Nahl 16:98).refuge in Allah (swt) from Shaitan the accursed” (Surah An-Nahl 16:98).

Prerequisites

Begin everything with Bismillah:

“In the name of Allah (swt), the Beneficent, the Merciful” (Surah Al-Hamd

1:1 and Surah An-Naml 27:30).

1. Ayat for Salwaat

Verily Allah (swt) and His angels send blessings on the Holy Prophet

(saw). O you who believe, send blessings on him and greet him with a

worthy greeting.

(Surah Al-Ahzaab 33:56)

2. Purpose of our creation

I did not create the jinn and the humans but to worship Me.

(Surah Adh-Dhaariyaat 51:56)

3. Aya-e-Tatheer

Verily, Allah (swt) intends but to keep off from you (every kind of)

uncleanness, O you the people of the house, and purify you (with) a

thorough purification.

(Surah Al-Ahzaab 33:33)

4. Aya-e-Mawaddat

…say (O Mohammad): “I do not ask of you any recompense for it (the

toils of prophetship) save love of (my) relatives”…

(Surah Ash-Shura 42:23)

5. Aya-e-Mubahila

And say to him who disputes with you therein after the knowledge has

come to you (O Mohammad): “come, let us summon our sons and your

sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, and

then let us humbly pray and invoke the curse of Allah (swt) on the liars!”

(Surah Ale Imran 3:61)

6. The completing of blessings (nai’ma)

…this day I have perfected for you your religion, and have completed My

favor on you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion…

(Surah Al-Maida 5:3)

7. Aya-e-Baligh

(O Mohammad) Deliver what has been sent down to you from your

Lord; and if you do not do it, then (it will be as if) you have not delivered

His message (at all); and surely Allah (swt) will protect you from (the

mischief of) men; verily, Allah (swt) does not guide a disbelieving people.

(Surah Al-Maida 5:67)

8. Imam Ali (as) giving zakaat in ruku

Verily, your guardian is Allah (swt) and His messenger (Mohammad) and

those who believe and establish the prayer, and give the poor-rate while

they are (in the state of ruku) bowing down.

(Surah Al-Maida 5:55)

9. To gain the pleasure of Allah (swt)

And among men is he who sells his “self” to get in exchange the

pleasure (discretion) of Allah (swt); and verily, Allah (swt) is affectionate

to the servants.

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:207)

10. Dua for a good exit from this world

And Say: “O My Lord, cause me to enter a goodly entrance and cause me

to go out with a goodly exit; and grant me an authority from Your

presence to assist (me)”.

(Surah Bani Israel 17:80)

11. An ayat related to Imam-e-Zamana (afs)

And say: “truth has come and falsehood has vanished; verily falsehood

(by its nature) is bound to vanish”.

(Surah Bani Israel 17:81)

12. An ayat related to Imamat

(Remember) the day when We will summon people with their leader

(Imam); then whosoever is given his book (of deeds) in his right hand,

then these shall read their book (joyfully), and they shall not be dealt

with (even the breadth of a thread) unjustly.

(Surah Bani Israel 17:71)

13. Raseqoona fil ilm 1

Say (O Mohammad): “Allah (swt) is sufficient as witness between me

and you, and he who has knowledge of the book”.

(Surah Ar-Rad 13:43)

14. Raseqoona fil ilm 2
