To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to inform you that I witnessed Sidney Wolferts cry and scream for over 45 minutesstating that she did not want to go see her dad. She mentioned to me that she was afraid. I told her that hersisters would be with her and that they know the number to call if she feels unsafe. She finally consentedto go for the visit.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Thompson:

This report is being written under the supervision and rhe request of Dr. RanrJall Hyde.PhD in regard to the MMPI-2 administered to Sonja Michelle Wolferts on Nov. 1,2004.

The results of this test indicatethatMichelle answered the responses honestly andaccurately and therefore should be considered a valid administration of the MMPI-2. Shewas non-defensive and open in her responding. Michelle's testing had no significantescalation on the eight clinical scales. She did report considerable fatigue. The resultsindicate exceptionally healthy psychological functioning.

Evaluation of subtests indicates that others who responded similarly to Michelle reportedover-controlled hostility. This is interpreted to mean that even in cased were aggressionwould be appropriate they have a tendency to under-respond. These persons have alsobeen described as trustful, more socialized and responsible, and can be dependent onothers.

The results of the MMPI also indicate that Michelle also reported clinically significantamounts of family discord.

In conclusion, this report is short due the extremely healthy nature of Michelle's results. The only scales of mention are the over-controlled hostility, the family discord, and thelow hypo-manic scale.

There was another instance where Brian wasn't present, however Dani seemed to show some verydisconcerting signs of possibly being sexually abused. I am in no way an expert but no one needs to be anexpert to see the red flags on this event.

Michelle had dropped off the three girls, Brittany, Sydney, and Dani, at my house while she and my motherran some errands- I sat the girls down on my mom's bed to watch a movie. Dani fell asleep halfiryay throughthe movie. When the movie was nearly over I noticed Dani had wet herself. I gently roused her and told herthat she had wet the bed and I wanted to get her into dry clothes so she wouldnit getcold. She was still halfasleep so I picked herup and carried her into the bathroom and asked Brittany to grab me a pull-up and somedry towels out of the linen closet. Brittany brought me some dry towels. t afuea b*i if rn" would change herclothes while Brittany and I stood outside the bathroom. She didn't reply so I asked her again if that was ok.She bent down over the closed toilet, wrapped her arms around the toilet, and started crying and screaming,'T{o! Don't hurt me! No!"

I knelt down to her eye level and tried getting her to look at me. She wouldn't look at me; she kepthanging onto the toilel, scre.Imlng, and crying. I calmly told her that all we were going to do was change herinto dry clothes and that nobody was going to hurt her. She wouldn't calm down io ei-ittany tried calm"ing herdown. Dani still wouldn't calm down and she wouldn't listen. So I gently tried to just change her. When Iwent to take her pants offshe hugged the toilet even harder and crossed her legs. She started trembling andshaking as if she was seriously hurt and screaming even louder '$Io! Don't hurt me! No!,,

Brittany and I tried comforting her and telling her that no one was going to hurt her and she needed tochange into dry clothes and then she could go back to sleep. We couldn't get herto budge. Then Michellecame home and got Pani to calm down.
