Dear BloomNet Member, As previously communicated, 1-800-Flowers.com, FruitBouquets.com, Shari’s Berries, as well as other incoming orders have implemented expanded Flexible Delivery Options this holiday to make deliveries easier and increase your peak fulfillment capacity during these unprecedented times. Some of these Flexible Delivery Options are very broad, giving you the flexibility to deliver the order between Wednesday 5/6 and Sunday 5/10. Mother’s Day demand continues to be very strong. In addition, consumers are showing a very positive reaction to our Flexible Delivery Options. We anticipate this positive momentum will continue through the Mother’s Day peak selling period. Flexible Delivery allows your shop to take advantage of this positive trend and maximize this tremendous order fulfillment opportunity. Important Update: Mother’s Day Flexible Delivery Options (updated May 4, 2020) FULFILLING FLEXIBLE DELIVERY ORDERS To increase your fulfillment capacity and maximize your revenue potential this holiday, please be sure to deliver Flex orders as early in the week as possible, in order to maximize your capacity for additional deliveries later in the week. If you are unable to deliver an order on the specified Delivery Date, please be sure to always check if the order has a Flexible Delivery Option prior to rejecting the order. Even though we expect that a large number of orders will allow flexible delivery this holiday, it is very important to keep in mind that some orders will still require delivery on the specified delivery date. If there are no Flex Delivery details in the Special Instructions of an order, then the order must be delivered on the specified delivery date. When a Flex Delivery Option applies to an order, a message with the flexible delivery details is included in the Special Instructions, located next to the Card Message on the BloomLink Order. Flexible Delivery orders may be delivered within the date range provided. Flexible Delivery date ranges may vary, so please be sure to read the Special Instructions of each individual order to determine when it can be delivered. Some ranges may be broader (e.g. deliver between Wednesday 5/6 and Sunday 5/10) while others may be narrower (e.g. deliver between Saturday 5/9 and Sunday 5/10). 1

• Please be sure to send Delivery Confirmations as soon as possible after a delivery has been completed.

• Please be sure to send Delivery Attempt Notifications as soon as possible after a delivery has been attempted but not successfully completed.

• BloomNet’s Timely Reply Program allows you to submit Delivery Notifications up until 7:00 PM on the last day in the range of flexible delivery dates without assessing a penalty. There is no need to submit premature Delivery Notifications in order to avoid Timely Reply charges.

• Review our helpful instructions on How to Submit Delivery Confirmations with staff and temporary holiday contractors.
