IMPORTING MAPS INTO GARMIN+

MAPSOURCE INSTALLATION

Importing unlocked maps 1st version:

Just download files from links under and extract into garmin folder on memory card.

Importing locked and unlocked maps 2nd version:

Importing maps using MapSource (installation of MapSource is in the end of the page) :

01This is sample of instaling Serbia and Montenegro map and update:

Start SCGRv17.exe (It is map of Serbia and Montenegro) and follow setup throw the end.

Start SCGv19.exe (it is update of map) follow setup throw the end too and start Mapsource. There will be loaded map into MapSouce and if map is unlocked go to step 04, if no go to 02!

Start IMEI_converter.exe, import your phones IMEI and click on Convert.Copy generated Garmin Unit ID.

Start garmin_kgen_5.exe, import Unit ID chose your map product on the bottom of keygen. In my case is Serbia and Montenegro whic is not on list and I chose custom mapset and type number 929 for Serbia and Montenegro map (For EuropeNT 11 map code is 378), click on Generate button and copy generated number (25 character number).

Start program for unlocking maps in context of MapSource program: START > PROGRAMS > GARMIN > UNLOCK WIZARDClick on NEXT, again two times NEXT, chose first offered - 25 characters number, import number from previous step, NEXT and Close.

03In top left corner of MapSource program is magnifier icon, use it to decrease map, clicko on TOOLS > MAP and with that tool select whole SCG map. Map of color will be pink. Now in top left corner must show list of maps:

04Sending maps on the phone:

Connect PC and phone, chose MASS STORAGE option.

Go to mapsource, select all of maps you want and click on TRANSFER > SEND TO DEVICE

Window with button FIND DEVICE will shown, below button is shown name of your device. For my Nokia C6-00 it was GARMNIN XT. Click on all options (checkboxes) you want send on device.

Installing Map Source:

01Download Map Source 6136 from link and unpack:http://www.fileserve.com/file/2VE7zsg

02Start main.msi and wait until its finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

03Start setup.exe and folow setup throw the end.
